David Weyrens recently resolved a Wrongful Death claim which he had brought in the Maine Federal Court which arose out of medical negligence.   The settlement provided recognition that the error of a physician had substantially contributed to an unnecessary death which had significant meaning for the surviving family members.  It also provided financial security for their future.
