Attorney Tom Hallett has recently successfully defended a client against claims of sexual abuse of a minor.  The allegations were denied wholeheartedly by the client; however, the resulting prosecution placed the client at risk of a lengthy prison term and a lifetime of registration on the sex offender registry.  

 

Attorney Hallett rolled up his sleeves and went to work.  By filing pre-trial Motions to DIsmiss Attorney Hallett was able to get the Court to DISMISS several of the Class A charges.  On the eve of trial the remaining felony charges were all dismissed and the client has avoided any type of sex offense conviction and jail sentence.
