Jeff joined Hallett Whipple Weyrens in September 2024. He previously served as a law clerk for the Maine District Court, assisting judges with legal research and drafting opinions.

Jeff graduated from the University of Maine School of Law, where he worked as a student attorney at the Youth Justice Clinic, representing young people in juvenile and criminal matters, as well as clients in protection from abuse cases. He was an Articles Editor and staff member of the Maine Law Review, and published an article titled United States v. Safehouse: The Future of Supervised Consumption Sites in Maine and Beyond, exploring whether supervised consumption sites violate federal law.

At HWW, Jeff focuses on defending people accused of committing crimes. He is a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Outside of work, he lives in Portland with his partner and their cat, Denny.
