The Prosecutor would not budge and insisted on a conviction for Alisa's client who was accused of violating an order by sending an email.  It was a technical argument as to whether the email violated the terms of the Court Order.   Alisa astutely chose to try the case to a Judge who returned a NOT GUILTY verdict shortly after the close of evidence.  Well done Alisa and congratulations to your client!
